2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are located outside of our shipping area, please contact us at contact@juus.pk to inquire about potential shipping options.

3. Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping companies to meet your needs:

  • BarqRaftar: Shipping option for Lahore, Faisalabad, Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Delivery time of 2 to 5 days.
  • Postex: Shipping option for the rest of the cities in Pakistan. Delivery time of 2 to 5 days.
  • M&P courier: Overnight option for cities all across Pakistan.

Shipping methods and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

4. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Processing times may vary during peak periods, public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery method selected and the destination of the package. Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

6. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days upon request
  • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days

Please note that these times are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen events.
